Rooman klubin johtavien asiantuntijoiden foorumi, jonka tarkoituksena on etsiä ratkaisuja monimutkaisiin globaaleihin ongelmiin ja edistää poliittisia aloitteita ja toimia, joiden avulla ihmiskunta voi selviytyä planeettamme hätätilanteista. Rooman klubin Kasvun rajat-kirjan julkaisusta tulee tänä vuonna kuluneeksi 50 vuotta. Kirjan sanoma on nyt ajankohtaisempi kuin koskaan.
Rooman klubin Suomen yhdistys järjestää teemaan liittyviä keskustelu tilaisuuksia ja tuo kansainvälisen klubin teemoja Suomeen. Yksi klubin viidestä toiminta- alueesta on suunnattu opiskelijoille ja nuorille aikuisille.
Rooman klubin Suomen yhdistys järjestää Zoomissa erityisesti nuorille aikuisille suunnatun maksuttoman keskustelutilaisuuden to 27.1. klo17–18.30. Linkin saa ilmoittautumalla täällä viim. 26.1.

The Club of Rome is a platform of diverse thought leaders who identify holistic solutions to complex global issues and promote policy initiatives and action to enable humanity to emerge from multiple planetary emergencies. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the publication of the Club of Rome’s book Limits to Growth. The book’s message is now more relevant than ever.
The Finnish Association for the Club of Rome promotes the International Club’s themes in Finland e.g., through speaker events. One of the club’s five themes focuses on students and young adults. We invite students and young adults interested in planetary challenges to hear about and discuss the opportunities both in Finland and internationally.
The event is free-of-charge and will be held on Zoom on Thu 27th Jan at 5-6.30 pm EET. You can get the link by registering here. The presentations will be in English, the discussion can be in Finnish or English.
